of the oil boom, this look back at Aberdeen and Deeside reminds us of a bygone age. There is a 1959 trip from Aberdeen by
steam train to Ballater calling in to Cults, Peterculter and Banchory before going on to Braemar by motor bus, and a rather
romantic view of Aberdeen in the early 1970s.
